Katie Taylor was awarded the title of Person of the Year and Achiever in Sports at the Bray and District Chamber Endeavour Awards ceromony on friday, 22 may. The awards recognise and reward outstanding contributions to the local economy, sports and civic development by individuals, community groups and businesses.

 The awards are designed to promote a strong sense of identity within the community of the Bray region and  to foster civic spirit.
